Gonna pull a rabbit out of this hat!!!

The snow isn’t light and fluffy anymore, it’s heavy and wet and gross!
So naturally I have one thing on my mind:
SUMMER SHOPPING YES!!!! Gauzy dresses and floppy hats and big sunglasses and sunscreen galore!!!
Speaking of that, I think I finally found my perfect sunscreen. It is smooth but not sticky or tacky and I don’t feel like I need to wash my face right after I reapply it (because you are supposed to reapply every 2 hours you are outdoors!!)
We only have one body, and our skin protects all of it so treat it with care, ok? It’s warming up and sunnier more frequently and we are increasing our time outdoors so it’s not too early to get back into the habit of putting a little more on each time you remember to think about it. I keep sunscreen EVERYWHERE- my car, my purse, in every single tote bag and in every pocket. It’s the thing I always have if I have nothing else. I am nothing if not predictable!!!
This year has not been quite as predictable though. I know it’s a scary time, and if life is hitting you in the wallet LMK. I don’t want anyone to give up support and community during scary times, because that’s when we need support and community the most. Just hit me up in office hours using the link below.

This Month’s Workouts
We are going to get your money’s worth out of those loops!!! (If you don’t have any, click here to see what I’m talking about. Best $8 you will invest in your booty!) We are going to wake up your little glutes and quads! YAY!
Rebuilders will have a fun progressive run/walk series with mountain climbers to get your heart rates up with minimal impact! These will also make you feel like you are FLOATING so have fun with it!
Maintainers will get my favorite- 2x2!, and one floating tempo run without a heart rate cap. Just go out there and feel your way through some fun!
Speaking of fun, this month's playlists are inspired by my excitement over Duchess Meghan's Netflix show debuting soon!!!!! I HAVE WAITED FOR SO LONG!
