Coach Janet Upstrong Smith will give us each day our daily strength, for those who want a little MOAR.


This isn't like our previous strength programs- it isn't progressive. Just like our run plans they reset each month. There's no pressure for you to show up each day and no worries that you will ever be left behind.


Coach Janet will go live 7 days per week at 6:30 EST, but you can follow a recording whenever you want. Six days of strength plus a “spa day” of stretching and reflecting on that week’s wins.


Some day your extra mile may be 20 minutes long. Other days may be 5. It’s 100% up to you. Show up when you want to, do what you can and don't worry about the rest. It's like a really gorgeous strength buffet, hosted by the amazing Janet. You'll wanna stuff yourself (but you don't have to!)
